Granola, at first, was just something I made for myself. I wanted something wholesome, flavorful, and balanced to pair with my morning yogurt. One day, I let my wife and parents try it. After just a few bites, they said, “You need to think about selling this.”

Their words stuck with me. With my entrepreneurial mindset and my chef’s love of creating, I began to imagine what this granola could become. I experimented with flavors, refined the recipes, and built packaging that matched the quality inside the bag. Soon I was sharing it at markets and stores, where the granola always spoke for itself. All I had to do was offer a taste, and people were hooked.
